I am your agent and I will work to get you the most favorable mortgage loan that meets your stated objectives. I will shop for your loan from among all appropriate lenders I am approved with. I will charge you a fee for my services that I will disclose to you up front, but I will not receive any additional fee of any kind in association with your loan. The Lender: I am morally and contractually obligated to supply the lender with accurate and truthful information about my client and the transaction. What will I be paid?
